Most men no longer wear ties (alas). After collecting my husband's, brother's, friend's ties I decided to give them a new purpose. Many widows keep the ties as a remembrance but they are stored away. I thought why not make a usable accessory. "Ties That Bind" was born! I take two complementary ties and meld them into a one-of-a-kind neckpiece.......
